Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return: (a) The item must be unused and in its original packaging; (b) You must provide photo or video evidence of the defect; (c) Contact us at info@smartminitechstore.org within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind or buyer's remorse. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
